Our guest for Episode 3 is Latoya Gayle. When we asked her for her bio she decided to answer the question, What brings me to this work? Her answer was, “I’m a Black woman. I’m a mother. I’m a sister. I’m an auntie. I’m a friend. And I think all of that shapes who I am and how I work.” Latoya is also co-founder of March Like a Mother. March Like a Mother was started by Black moms in Boston who seek to leverage the collective, transformative power of motherhood to eradicate systemic racism through grassroots advocacy.
