Sacred is a space for early childhood educators to recharge spiritually and gain clarity in their work with children. Teaching young children can be challenging, especially in an exploitative environment. Reclaiming our intuition through self-reflection is essential for reckoning, transformation, and thriving. By remembering the love that brought us to teaching in the first place, we can rejuvenate our mind, body, and soul.
Intention:
Each Sacred conversation aims to shed light on issues affecting teachers and caregivers in early childhood settings and validate their experiences, while also reframing them in a context of (re)claiming intuitive teaching and caregiving relationships. In each conversation we intend to provide practical tools, guides, and/or frameworks for self-reflective engagement that leads to systemic change and ultimately to thriving.
